4. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans & One-Time Fees: We offer monthly subscription plans as well as one-time fee services.
Free Trials: Free trials may be offered at our discretion.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, including fees paid for subscriptions, one-time services, or unused portions of a billing cycle.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
Not misuse or abuse the Services, including generating unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit our software, AI models, or infrastructure.

Impactiq IP: Our software, AI models, branding, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Impactiq.
Client Content: All client-provided data, content, and business information remain the property of the client.
AI Outputs: Clients have a broad license to use AI outputs generated through the Services for their business purposes. Outputs are provided “as is,” and Impactiq retains the right to use anonymized data to improve models.
8. AI Limitations & Disclaimers
AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them.
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.
Impactiq does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Impactiq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Impactiq in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
By Client: You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
By Impactiq: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.
Upon termination, client content will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales (West Yorkshire jurisdiction).
Any disputes shall first be attempted through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice (such as by posting on our website or emailing registered users). Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
